Qigong is an essential part of a well rounded internal martial arts practice. See my previous articles about this more information.

Here I’m demonstrating a short, more or less spontaneous set of Neigong exercises in the first video, and a Bagua Qigong exercise in the second. I’m putting them behind a paywall because I only allow select folks to see my messy house…lol. And they’re raw, as far as video quality goes.

These are only for those seriously interested in Qigong or Bagua. They are not exciting videos if you’re looking for entertainment. They’re just samples of some of my own practice. The real live deal. These exercises are very relaxing and energizing at the same time. The Bagua really helps you to settle into the body, and doing it barefoot is excellent work for the feet. The waist turning is quite helpful as well.
